Mittiartisans — Privacy Notice

This Privacy Notice explains how Mittiartisans (“we”, “us”) processes personal data submitted by job applicants through our website forms and via email. We use candidate data only for hiring-related purposes.

We never request payments, bank details, crypto-wallets, or government ID documents during application or early screening.

1) Data we collect

Information you provide directly in the application:

Full name, email address, country (India), optional phone
Experience, English level, availability/overlap, expected hourly rate
Customer Success skills checklist, Internet and workstation notes
Notice period, optional links (LinkedIn/CV, portfolio), short note

We also process limited technical data generated automatically when you visit our site:

Server logs (IP address, user agent, date/time, pages) for security and troubleshooting
Essential cookies only (if used) for session integrity; no analytics or advertising trackers

2) Purpose & legal basis

3) Sharing & transfers

We do not sell personal data.
Access is limited to our internal hiring team and service providers (e.g., hosting/email) bound by confidentiality and data-processing terms.
Data is primarily stored and processed in India. If a cross-border transfer is necessary, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., contractual clauses).

4) Retention

Candidate data is retained for up to 12 months to consider you for current and future openings, unless you ask us to delete it earlier. Server logs may be kept for up to 90 days for security and diagnostics.

5) Your rights

You may request: access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to processing, and withdrawal of consent. If you are in the EU/EEA or the UK, these rights are provided under GDPR/UK GDPR. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

6) Safety reminders

We will never ask for money, bank details, crypto wallets, or scans of ID/passport to “secure” a job offer.
We do not conduct hiring via WhatsApp/Telegram/unsolicited DMs. Apply via our website, LinkedIn, or the email above.

7) Changes to this Notice

We may update this Notice to reflect operational or legal changes. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the latest version.
